1. Decide which type of session you’d like to book
If this is your first visit, a free consultation is where to start. If you’ve already had a consultation, the relevant session(s) may have been suggested you. You can read about the different energy sessions offered below.
2. Schedule an appointment
Once you’ve decided on the type of session you want, go to the Services and Packages page to select and book the date and time of your appointment.
3. Making payment
Payment is required on booking. The scheduling system has direct access to PayPal where you can pay with a credit card / debit card if you wish – even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
4. Your appointment
All of my appointments are done remotely.
The remote/virtual session is by Zoom, WhatsApp, Facebook or email.

5. Post Session Expectations
Clients tell me they feel lighter, more peaceful and less anxious than they had before we started the session. When releasing trapped energies, it can be quite dehydrating for the body, so after a session I suggest you stay hydrated.
Now that the trapped energies have been released, your body will be “processing“ and making adjustments for a couple of days after the session. During this time, you may experience some emotional ups and downs, be restless, or sleep very well, and may have some very interesting dreams!
Results after a session vary. Some people notice changes immediately, and others, changes take place over time in subtle ways. You may not see any noticeable changes. We have no way of knowing if you will or won’t see the effect of the work we do. As we are working with energy, it’s up to your body to adjust to the releases. Everyone’s experience is unique, and some may need more release work before major shifts begin to take place.
However, and we’ll never know for sure, the releasing of the imbalances may have avoided some future health or personal problems for you.
